Woodinville Straight Rye Whiskey is handcrafted in small batches using a traditional pot still. It is aged for at least five years in new, charred American oak barrels.

• Nose: baking spices, bright citrus, vanilla
• Palate: clove, peppercorn, honeyed caramel
• Finish: long and warming, toasted oak, subtle herbal notes

Try it in a Rye Old Fashioned:

• 2 oz Woodinville Straight Rye Whiskey
• 1 sugar cube
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters
• 1 orange twist

Muddle the sugar cube and bitters in an old-fashioned glass. Add whiskey and ice, then stir gently. Garnish with an orange twist.
