• 2 oz wm cadenhead inchgower 14 year
• 1 sugar cube
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters
• orange peel for garnish

Muddle the sugar cube and bitters in a glass. Add the whisky and ice, then stir until chilled. Garnish with an orange peel.
