• Palate: ripe figs, spiced oak, honey-drizzled almonds
• Finish: long and warming, vanilla bean essence, gentle spice

Try it in a Añejo Old Fashioned:

• 2 oz Vuelo del Aviador Gran Reserva Añejo
• 1 sugar cube
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters
• orange peel

Muddle the sugar cube with bitters in a glass, add the tequila, and stir gently. Garnish with a twist of orange peel.
