• Nose: toasted vanilla, dark chocolate, honeyed caramel
• Palate: spiced orange zest, butterscotch, cracked black pepper
• Finish: lingering oak, sweet tobacco, warm spices

Try it in a Pampero Mojito:

• 50 ml Pampero Aniversario
• 30 ml fresh lime juice
• 15 ml sugar syrup
• 6 mint leaves
• soda water to top

Muddle the mint leaves with lime juice and sugar syrup in a glass. Add ice, pour over Pampero Aniversario, stir, and top with soda water.
