• Palate: maple syrup, spicy clove, dark chocolate
• Finish: smooth caramel, rich oak, hint of tobacco

Try it in a Cognac Sour:

• 50 ml Oceano Azul Fairway Cognac XO
• 25 ml fresh lemon juice
• 15 ml simple syrup
• 1 dash Angostura bitters
