• Nose: toasted coconut, dark chocolate, spiced vanilla
• Palate: buttered toffee, dried fruits, black pepper
• Finish: long and warming, hint of toasted oak

Try it in a Black Barrel Old Fashioned:

• 2 oz Mount Gay Black Barrel
• 1 sugar cube
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters
• orange peel

Muddle the sugar and bitters in an Old Fashioned glass. Add Mount Gay Black Barrel and a large ice cube. Stir gently and garnish with a twist of orange peel.
