• Palate: honeyed citrus, toasted almonds, caramelized figs
• Finish: long and velvety, notes of dark chocolate, subtle orange zest

Try it in a Metaxa Sour:

• 2 oz Metaxa Grande Fine
• 3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
• 1/2 oz simple syrup
• Ice
