Palate: Silky and layered; dark chocolate and toffee over roasted agave, cinnamon spice, toasted almond, with a gentle sherry sweetness on the finish.

How to fix a drink: Nuez Old Fashioned — 2 oz añejo + 0.25 oz demerara syrup + 2 dashes walnut bitters. Stir with ice, strain over a large cube; express an orange peel.
