Kweichow Moutai is a renowned Chinese distilled spirit made from fermented sorghum. It undergoes a unique dual fermentation and distillation process, often aged for several years.

• Nose: toasted barley, dried mushrooms, sweet soy sauce
• Palate: rich umami, green apple, spicy white pepper
• Finish: warm and lingering, hint of anise, smooth and herbal

Try it in a Moutai Sour:

• Kweichow Moutai 50 ml
• fresh lemon juice 20 ml
• simple syrup 15 ml

Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled glass.
