• Nose: honeyed caramel, vanilla bean, toasted oak
• Palate: ripe peach, cracked black pepper, dark chocolate
• Finish: smooth maple syrup, subtle spice, toasted almonds

Try it in a Irish Whiskey Sour:

• 2 oz Egans Conviction 10 Year Old
• 3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
• 1/2 oz simple syrup
• ice

Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled glass. Garnish with a lemon wheel.
