Del Maguey Mezcal Minero (750 ml) — Single-village mezcal from Santa Catarina Minas, Oaxaca; 100% Espadín, roasted in earthen pits, open-air fermented, and twice distilled in clay pot stills (olla de barro) for a creamy, mineral, gently smoky profile (49% ABV; may vary by lot).

Nose: roasted maguey, ripe banana and tropical fruit, cocoa, almond, wildflowers, light campfire smoke.

Palate: silky and layered—sweet agave, cacao and baking spice, stony minerality and herbs, hints of fig and citrus peel; long, elegant, lightly smoky finish.
