• Nose: toasted vanilla, cacao nibs, caramelized agave
• Palate: spiced honey, ripe fig, dark chocolate
• Finish: smooth oak, lingering sweetness

Try it in a Añejo Old Fashioned:

• Cierto Añejo Tequila 2 oz
• agave syrup 1/4 oz
• bitters 2 dashes
• orange twist

In a mixing glass, combine tequila, agave syrup, and bitters. Stir with ice and strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube. Garnish with an expressed orange twist.
