• Palate: rich toffee, dried figs, honeycomb, smooth caramel
• Finish: long and warm, dark cocoa, subtle smoke

Try it in a Chivas Regal Old Fashioned:

• 2 oz Chivas Regal 18 Year Old
• 1 sugar cube
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters
• twist of orange peel

Muddle the sugar cube and bitters in a glass, add Chivas Regal and ice, stir gently, and garnish with an orange peel.
