How to fix a drink: Tequila Sazerac — Rinse a chilled rocks glass with a few drops absinthe (optional). In a mixing glass: 2 oz añejo + 0.25 oz demerara syrup + 3 dashes Peychaud’s bitters. Stir with ice, strain neat; express a lemon peel.
