• Nose: ripe green apple, floral jasmine, fresh peach
• Palate: zesty citrus, peach nectar, light spice
• Finish: clean and crisp, subtle minerality

Try it in a Pisco Sour:

• 2 oz Caravedo Acholado Pisco
• 1 oz fresh lime juice
• 1 oz simple syrup
• 1 egg white
• 3 dashes Angostura bitters

Combine all ingredients in a shaker and dry shake without ice to emulsify. Then add ice and shake again until chilled. Strain into a chilled glass and garnish with bitters.
