Bumbu XO Rum is crafted using a blend of sugarcane from the Caribbean and aged for a minimum of 15 years in old bourbon barrels. It is noted for its rich and complex character, enhanced with flavor from spices and tropical fruits.

• Nose: butterscotch, vanilla bean, dried fruits
• Palate: honeyed caramel, spiced oak, dark chocolate
• Finish: smooth with a hint of toasted coconut, lingering warmth

Try it in a Bumbu Old Fashioned:

• 2 oz Bumbu XO
• 1/4 oz simple syrup
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters

In a mixing glass, combine all ingredients with ice. Stir until well chilled and strain into an Old Fashioned glass over a large ice cube. Garnish with an orange twist.
