Ayate Añejo is crafted from 100% blue agave and aged for a minimum of one year in oak barrels, imparting rich flavors and complexity to the spirit.

• Nose: toasted almond, vanilla bean, dried fruit
• Palate: caramelized agave, chocolate, spiced oak
• Finish: long and smooth, hint of dark chocolate, warm spice

Try it in a Tequila Old Fashioned:

• Ayate Añejo 2 oz
• agave syrup 1 tsp
• bitters 2 dashes
• orange twist for garnish

In a mixing glass, combine Ayate Añejo, agave syrup, and bitters with ice. Stir until chilled, then strain into an old fashioned glass with a large ice cube. Garnish with an orange twist.
