• Nose: ripe apple, soft honey, toasted oak
• Palate: dark chocolate, spicy ginger, vanilla custard
• Finish: long and warming, subtle citrus, mildly sweet oak

Try it in a Highland Sour:

• 2 oz anCnoc 18 Year
• 3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
• 1/2 oz honey syrup
• 1 dash Angostura bitters

Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.
