• Palate: green apple, toasted almond, lime
• Finish: smooth vanilla, subtle minerality, refreshing citrus

Try it in a Pisco Sour:

• 2 oz Alto del Carmen Pisco Reservado
• 1 oz fresh lime juice
• 3/4 oz simple syrup
• 1/2 oz egg white
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters
