• Nose: clean grain, light vanilla, fresh pepper
• Palate: smooth mouthfeel, soft warming spice, crisp apple
• Finish: clean and dry, slight bitterness, gentle warmth

Try it in a Vodka Martini:

• 2 oz Absolut Vodka
• 1/2 oz dry vermouth
• lemon twist or olive

Combine Absolut Vodka and dry vermouth in a mixing glass with ice. Stir well and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a lemon twist or an olive.
