• Palate: sun-dried apricot, honeyed caramel, spiced pineapple
• Finish: warm cinnamon bark, toasted oak, lingering tropical fruit

Try it in a Tropical Old Fashioned:

• 2 oz Jefferson's Finished Tropics
• 1/4 oz simple syrup
• 2 dashes aromatic bitters
