Blade and Bow Bourbon is crafted using a blend of four different bourbons, each aged for a minimum of four years. Its name pays homage to the original Stitzel-Weller Distillery, where the bourbon is aged and produced.

• Nose: rich caramel, vanilla oak, spiced apple
• Palate: butterscotch, cinnamon sugar, dark chocolate
• Finish: long and warming, toasted oak, hint of spice

Try it in a Blade and Bow Old Fashioned:

• 2 oz Blade and Bow Bourbon
• 1 sugar cube
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters
• 1 orange twist for garnish

Muddle the sugar cube and bitters in a glass, add the bourbon and ice, and stir until chilled. Garnish with the orange twist.
