G4 Tequila Blanco 108 Proof (750 ml) — High-proof, additive-free blanco from El Pandillo (NOM 1579) by master distiller Felipe Camarena; double-distilled in copper and proofed with a 50/50 blend of collected rainwater and spring water (54% ABV).

Nose: cooked blue agave, wet stone/minerality, black pepper, citrus zest (grapefruit/lime), subtle cinnamon and herbal notes.

Palate: intense agave with peppery snap and crisp citrus, saline/mineral drive, hints of mint and anise; long, warming, and clean finish.
