Don Vicente Extra Añejo (750 ml) — 100% Blue Weber agave from Los Altos, crafted at El Pandillo (NOM 1579). Brick-oven cooked, tahona-crushed, open-air fermented, double-distilled in copper, then aged a minimum of 3 years in used American white-oak bourbon barrels; micro-oxygenated for balance (40% ABV).

Nose: cooked agave, oak and caramel, butterscotch, dried fruit, honey, hint of vanilla.

Palate: rich and layered—caramelized agave, toffee and ripe stone fruit with gentle oak spice and cocoa; exceptionally smooth, harmonious finish.
