• Nose: warm vanilla bean, toasted walnut, caramelized apple
• Palate: dark chocolate, spiced oak, honeyed agave
• Finish: long and smooth, subtle cinnamon, hint of dried fruit

Try it in a Tequila Old Fashioned:

• 2 oz Cava De Oro Añejo
• 1/4 oz agave syrup
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters
• Orange twist for garnish

In a mixing glass, combine Cava De Oro Añejo, agave syrup, and bitters with ice. Stir until well chilled, then strain into a rocks glass with a large ice cube. Garnish with an orange twist.
