Try it in a Añejo Old Fashioned:

• 2 oz Cantera Negra Añejo
• 1 sugar cube
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters
• orange peel

Muddle the sugar cube with Angostura bitters in a glass. Add the Añejo tequila and ice, then stir until chilled. Garnish with an expressed orange peel.
