Cabal Añejo is crafted using traditional methods and aged for a minimum of one year in American oak barrels, imparting complex flavors and a rich character.

• Nose: vanilla bean, toasted American oak, dark chocolate
• Palate: caramelized agave, honeyed citrus, spiced nuts
• Finish: long and warming, subtle oak spice, dark cocoa

Try it in a Tequila Old Fashioned:

• Cabal Añejo Tequila - 2 oz
• agave syrup - 1/4 oz
• bitters - 2 dashes
• orange peel - for garnish

Combine the tequila, agave syrup, and bitters in a mixing glass with ice. Stir until chilled and strain into an old-fashioned glass over fresh ice. Garnish with an expressed orange peel.
