Description: Hand-painted blue Talavera ceramic bottling of 100% Blue Weber agave añejo, aged about 18 months in oak (40% ABV)—rich, amber, and meant for sipping.

Note: Roasted agave, vanilla bean, caramel, and toasted oak with subtle dried fruit and a hint of cocoa.

Palate: Silky and layered; caramel/toffee and warm spice over dark chocolate and oak, lingering with sweet agave and gentle tannin. 

How to fix a drink: Orange–Cacao Old Fashioned — 2 oz añejo + 0.25 oz demerara syrup + 1 dash orange bitters + 1 dash chocolate bitters. Stir with ice, strain over a large cube; express an orange peel.
