Penderyn Madeira Finish is crafted from a selection of the finest Welsh malt and aged in ex-bourbon barrels before finishing in Madeira casks, imparting unique flavors.

• Nose: tropical fruits, vanilla, bakewell tart
• Palate: rich dark chocolate, dried fruits, spiced orange
• Finish: smooth caramel, hint of nutmeg, long and warming

Try it in a Penderyn Sour:

• 2 oz Penderyn Madeira Finish
• 3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
• 1/2 oz simple syrup
• 1/2 oz egg white (optional)

Shake all ingredients vigorously with ice, strain into a chilled glass, and serve with a lemon twist.
