Cotswolds Single Malt is crafted using traditional methods and made from 100% locally sourced Oxfordshire malted barley. The whisky is matured in a combination of ex-bourbon and sherry casks, giving it a unique character.

• Nose: ripe pear, vanilla fudge, toasted oak
• Palate: honeyed malt, sultana, dark chocolate
• Finish: spicy oak, butterscotch, cinnamon

Try it in a Cotswolds Old Fashioned:

• 50 ml Cotswolds Single Malt
• 1 sugar cube
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters
• orange peel

Muddle the sugar and bitters in a glass, then add the whisky and ice. Stir gently and garnish with a twist of orange peel.
