• Palate: honeyed almonds, spiced apple pie, toasted coconut
• Finish: long and warming, slightly peppery, gently sweet

Try it in a Glenlivet Old Fashioned:

• 2 oz Cadenhead Glen Burgie-Glenlivet
• 1 sugar cube
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters
• orange twist

Muddle the sugar cube with bitters and a splash of water in an Old Fashioned glass. Add the whisky, fill with ice, and stir gently. Garnish with the orange twist.
