• Nose: ripe banana, toasted coconut, vanilla bean
• Palate: honeyed caramel, butterscotch, spiced orange zest
• Finish: gentle oak, vanilla cream, tropical fruit undertones

Try it in a Daiquiri:

• 2 oz Rhum JM Gold Rum
• 1 oz fresh lime juice
• 0.75 oz simple syrup

Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into a chilled glass.
