Plantation Fiji Islands 2009 is a rum crafted from sugarcane juice and molasses, distilled in pot stills and aged in ex-bourbon casks. After aging in Fiji, it is further matured in France using traditional methods.

• Nose: ripe pineapple, vanilla bean, toasted coconut
• Palate: brown sugar, spiced tropical fruits, caramelized banana
• Finish: lingering vanilla, warm spices, dry oak

Try it in a Fiji Rum Punch:

• 2 oz Plantation Fiji Islands 2009
• 1 oz fresh lime juice
• 1 oz simple syrup
• 3 oz pineapple juice
• dash of angostura bitters

Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice, shake well, then strain into a glass filled with ice. Garnish with a pineapple slice.
