Admiral Rodney HMS Princessa is a premium rum blended from pot and column still distillates, aged in oak barrels which impart complex flavors. This expression is named after the British naval officer Admiral George Rodney.

• Nose: caramelized banana, toasted coconut, vanilla
• Palate: butterscotch, dried mango, spiced chocolate
• Finish: smooth oak, warming spice, toffee sweetness

Try it in a Admiral Rodney Rum Sour:

• 50 ml Admiral Rodney HMS Princessa
• 25 ml fresh lemon juice
• 15 ml simple syrup
• dash of Angostura bitters

Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.
