Sombra Mezcal Reposado is crafted from agave plants harvested in the mountains of Oaxaca, then aged for several months in oak barrels to develop complexity and smoothness.

• Palate: caramelized pineapple, vanilla bean, roasted almonds

Try it in a Sombra Margarita:

• 2 oz Sombra Mezcal Reposado
• 1 oz fresh lime juice
• 1 oz agave syrup
• salt for rim
