Try it in a Madre Mezcal Margarita:

• 2 oz Madre Mezcal Ensamble
• 1 oz lime juice
• 0.5 oz agave syrup
• salt for rim

Rim a chilled glass with salt. Shake the mezcal, lime juice, and agave syrup with ice, then strain into the prepared glass.
