dusse vsop 750 ml — Cognac (Cognac • 40% • 750 ml)

Dusse VSOP is crafted from fine eaux-de-vie selected from the Grande Champagne region of Cognac. It is aged a minimum of four and a half years in oak barrels, which imparts rich flavors and aromatic depth.

• Nose: ripe peach, toasted vanilla, caramelized orange
• Palate: honeyed apricot, spicy cinnamon, dark chocolate
• Finish: smooth oak, hint of almond, lingering sweetness

Try it in a Cognac Sour:

• 2 oz Dusse VSOP
• 3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
• 1/2 oz simple syrup
• ice

Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.
